One Neathouse Place

Spratley & Partners obtained planning consent from Westminster City Council to convert this commercial office building at One Neathouse Place into a 700+ room hotel for Whitbread PLC. The scheme includes two separate hotels, a 533-bedroom Premier Inn and a 183-bedroom 'Hub by Premier Inn' along with two restaurants, a coffee shop, service and storage areas.

Care was taken in the development of the proposal to enhance the experience of the building from street level, incorporating materials that were sympathetic to both the surrounding buildings and the wider context of the regeneration of the Victoria area.

Under the proposal, an additional 100,000 sq. ft will be created within the building giving a total proposed GIA of over 260,000 sq. ft.
