Jeremy Spratley founded the practice in 2004.
An experienced architect, he has led projects across all sectors, including The Ruskin School of Art, Oxford Airport, Beechwood — a contemporary private residence in the Chilterns AONB — South 60, a new-build commercial office, and Field House in the Cookham Greenbelt. He also worked on the internationally acclaimed Heckfield Place, a five-star luxury hotel and spa in Hampshire.
After two decades leading the practice, Jeremy has stepped back from day-to-day management and now supports the team in a consultative role. His transition marks a significant milestone in the studio’s 20-year history and reflects its continued growth and stability under the leadership of equity partners Stephen Smith, Robert Kennedy, Sarah Tassell, Chris Kelly, Gregg Thatcher, and Sam George.
