6–8 Luke Street is a confident and sensitive reworking of a historic warehouse into a modern commercial environment that celebrates Shoreditch’s creative spirit while delivering a mature, design-led spatial experience.
The transformation delivers a tenant-ready workplace that respects the building’s industrial past while responding to the evolving needs of contemporary businesses. Delivered as a CAT B fit-out, the interiors were conceived with prospective tenants in mind and designed to appeal to a broad market.

Flexibility was key: the floorplates feature clearly defined zones for open-plan working, collaboration areas, and private meeting rooms, enabling a range of potential configurations and uses.
The project brief called for a bold and memorable arrival experience—one that captured the creative essence of Shoreditch yet transitioned into a more refined and sophisticated architectural language as occupants moved through the building and onto the floorplates. This intention shaped the architectural strategy from reception through to workspace.

Across all areas, careful spatial planning enhances movement and interaction, creating a workplace that feels both inspiring and adaptable. The result is a building that embraces its context, offering a distinct sense of arrival and a compelling environment for today’s businesses.
